I Love My GFF is the place to go when you want to eat quickly and stay healthy. You will enjoy a hearty bowl packed with layers of fresh organic veggies and organic, spice rubbed chicken on a bed of quinoa (pronounced keen-wha) with a blanket of savory sauce.

We use new and old school methods to prepare organic quinoa bowls from scratch everyday. The bowls are packed with antioxidants, essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals. This includes:
Soaking the quinoa overnight to release enzymes making for easier digestion.
Using the freshest, organic vegetables we can get our hands on because let’s face it: you’re not a lab rat and we respect you enough not to expose you to harmful chemicals.
Whipping up sauces packed with nuts, seeds, organic EVOO, fresh organic herbs, and spices designed to provide healthy fats, which will keep you feeling full longer, fight inflammation in your body, and promote proper digestion.
Like most American kids, I grew up on a steady diet of processed food incorporated into home cooked meals and relied heavily on fast and frozen foods throughout college and early in my career to get through the busy days.
In 2008, fed up with bothersome symptoms (sinusitis, joint pain, and skin rashes), I began an extensive search working with a naturopath to get to the root of these issues. The search showed me that gluten and excessive dairy consumption make me feel terrible and I would be foolish to eat them (although sometimes I still cheat).
The journey led me down the rabbit hole of whole food living. I’ve learned to cook and prepare healthy foods to maximize flavor while maintaining nutrition, and to substitute what I was accustomed to with something different and better for my body.
The culmination of this journey has led me to the streets with the creation of I Love My GFF. Ultimately, my goal is to make healthy eating fun, accessible, and quick for everyone.
